H.A. Sala presented evidence that the bicyclist may have been partly at fault in the tragic 2009 crash that took his life in a DUI manslaughter prosecution which resulted in a sentence of ten months in jail as a condition of probation. Sala’s client had been facing 15 years as originally charged.
